Report a security problem

If you think you've found a security weakness in our website, game, or services, please tell us. Reports from the community help keep everyone safe.

Email security@intensifiedstudios.com with:

• what you found and where (page, feature, or game version),
• the steps to reproduce it,
• what an attacker could do with it.

If you look into a problem, please don't access or change other people's data, don't disrupt the service for other players, and give us a reasonable chance to fix the problem before you share it publicly. We aim to reply within 7 days. This page isn't permission to test systems run by other companies we use (such as Cloudflare or Google); please report problems in those directly to them.
